Caesars Windsor workers are preparing for a possible strike.

A group of employees gathered at the Unifor Local 444 union hall Tuesday morning to make signs ahead of strike deadline Friday at 12:01 a.m.

The union represents 2,300 employees working as service staff. Unifor has previously stated their concerns are with pensions, benefits and contracting out language.

“Bargaining teams continue to work diligently towards a mutual beneficial agreement for both parties,” says Caesars Windsor spokesperson Jhoan Baluyot.

In March, members voted in-favour of strike action.
