It could be the biggest turnout of the season at the WFCU Centre as the Spitfires take on the Kitchener Rangers.

Because of that, the club is asking fans to consider parking in one of the 900 free spaces at the Lear Lot or take a free shuttle from one of its restaurant partner locations for Saturday’s 7 p.m. game.

It’s sure to be a busy day at the venue, with the OHL's Battle of the Border

tournament taking place during the day on the Community Rinks side of the WFCU Centre.

“The best bet is to park for FREE in the new overflow lot or to grab a shuttle,” says Spitfires spokesman, Steve Horne. “Between the tournament during the day and the crowd we're anticipating at our game, there will be a lot of activity around the building. The overflow parking and shuttle services are designed to provide our fans maximum convenience and the start of a great game day experience.”

Fans can access the overflow parking lot from the entrance on Lauzon Road, directly across from the Tim Hortons location.
