A Windsor man is charged after driving under the posted limit.
According to Leamington OPP, officers witnessed a blue Honda driving under the posted speed limit on Erie Street North near Ivan Street in the town on Dec. 28.
After pulling the vehicle over, police say the driver exhibited signs of impairment and allegedly had an open bottle of booze.
Robin Mayorga Belteton, 31, is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, driving while suspended and driving a motor vehicle with open container of liquor.
Belteton will appear in court on Jan. 16 in a Leamington court.
