Windsor police say they have three people in custody in connection with a fire in a plaza under construction in south Windsor.
The blaze was started Thursday night at Dougall Avenue and West Grand Boulevard.
Officers credited the use of social media to help arrested two young offenders on Saturday. Police issued a warrant for another suspect, who was arrested on Monday.
Police had released video footage Friday of people fleeing from the scene. They said two were on BMX-style bikes.
Officers believe a group of teenagers trespassed on the property and were drinking before the fire erupted.
