Hundreds of people want to work for Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd.
A line of people wrapped around the outside doors of the Caboto Club, where the Windsor company is holding its first job fair today.
The whisky maker is recruiting up to 20 employees in production operator roles.
The job fair runs from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. at 2175 Parent Avenue.
Starting wage for the production operator position is $19.86 per hour, increasing to $30.55/hr over an eight-year period of time. Medical and dental benefits are provided, as well as a pension plan.
