The driver of a vehicle involved in a fatal collision on Highway 3 in Leamington has been charged.
Leslie Grosse, 58, of Windsor, has been charged with careless driving and drive while under suspension.
OPP say two people were killed in the April 29 crash - Wayne Babcock, 44, of Windsor and Leslie Kiss, 57 of Lakeshore.
Police say both men were passengers in the third row of a Honda Odyssey van that was travelling westbound on Highway 3 just west of Morse Road, when it lost control and flipped near Leamington.
Four other occupants of the van, one male and two females, all of Windsor, sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries in the crash. They were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
One other occupant, a male also from Windsor, walked away from the crash without injuries.
Grosse will appear in a Leamington court on June 18 to answer to the charges.
