No bail hearing yet for a man alleged to have abused a dog.
Animal rights protesters were again outside the provincial courthouse for a scheduled bail hearing for Michael Hill.
However - his matter has been put over until Thursday.
Hill is accused of abandoning a dog after binding his mouth - neck and paw with electrical tape.
The dog, named Justice, is in recovering at the humane society following a number of surgeries.
