Alleged dog abuser’s case put over to next week
An alleged dog abuser’s case has been put over until next week.
Michael Hill is accused of abandoning a dog and binding his mouth, neck and paws with electrical tape.
The dog, now named Justice, has had at least three surgeries to repair the damaged tissue and is still recovering.
Dozens of protesters gathered outside the courthouse as Hill appeared in court on Wednesday.
Hill will be back in court on Jan. 11 to set a bail hearing.
