Windsor police are looking for the public’s help in identifying a theft suspect, who used his car to break into a business.
The incident took place in the 2200 block of Tecumseh Road West on Jan. 25 around 4:15 a.m. Surveillance video captured the theft as it happened.
The video shows the suspect using his car to gain access to the business, by driving into the front door. Once inside, the suspect grabs a 60” television and flees the scene.
The vehicle being used in the video is described as a dark colour SUV.
The suspect is described at a 20 to 30-year-old white male, with a skinny build, short dark hair, wearing a black winter jacket with fur on the hood, black track pants and white running shoes.
Police are exploring the possibility that this case and another television theft from Jan. 30 may be related.
