Windsor police have released surveillance video of a vehicle fire outside an east Windsor bar.
Police were called to a tavern in the 2900 block of Seminole Street around 2:30 a.m. last Monday.
The owner of the 2010 Lexus was working inside the building. Police say he heard a loud noise, went outside and discovered that his car was on fire.
He called 911 and then watched the security footage. Police just released the video Tuesday.
