Leamington is now spelled correctly on a Highway 3 sign directing visitors to the ferry docks.

The town's name before read “Lemington.”

The sign was approved by the Ministry of Transportation.

Some residents were quite vexed by the error.

A new sign was shipped and now replaces the incorrect sign.
