A joint investigation between LaSalle police and the Windsor police Internet Child Exploitation Unit has landed one man in custody on child pornography charges.

Officers say a search warrant was issued at a residence on Lombardy Crescent in LaSalle. Officers seized three computers and various other forms of electronic media. The two week long investigation was a result of a tip by the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre.

A 24-year-old LaSalle man is charged with two counts of possessing child pornography and one count of accessing child porn.

The accused will appear in court Wednesday.
