A Windsor house sustained $120,000 in damages after a fire Thursday night.
The blaze at 393 Newbury started around 10:30 p.m.
Fire officials believe it started in the attic from an overheated fan motor.
There was extensive damage to the second floor and contents of the house.
A fire investigator was investigating.
