Nemak of Canada is investing $15.7 million in its west Windsor aluminum casting operations. 

Included in the investment, is a $1.5-million grant from the province's Southwestern Ontario Devlopment Fund.

“This investment will create 80 new jobs over next three years and will protect 200 in Windsor," says Ontario’s finance minister Charles Sousa. 

Sousa made the announcement at the facility on Booth Drive Monday afternoon.

"Our support goes towards adding a second manufacturing line that will increase production volume and increase our global competitiveness," says Sousa
