Chatham-Kent police officers have seized a quantity of marijuana plants and related equipment, but say no charges will be laid.
Police say they were investigating an overwhelming odour of marijuana emanating from a residence on Talbot Street East.
Police entered the property with consent of the homeowner and seized the plants.
Police say that charges are not being laid, due to the homeowners willingness to hand over the marijuana plants and equipment.
