Officers were called to Parent Avenue at Tecumseh Road East at 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17.

Police say they received information that the vehicle left the scene.

Police say the truck made a right turn and the bicyclist collided into the truck.

The 58-year-old man was transported to hospital with serious injuries and subsequently passed away in hospital.
