Essex County OPP say one person sustained life-threatening injuries following a collision in Lakeshore.
Police say the collision occurred on Essex County Road 42 at Lakeshore Road 105 around 10:15 p.m. Monday between a passenger vehicle and a transport truck.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Essex County Road 42 was closed between Patillo Road and Lakeshore Road 107 for police to investigate the collision. The roadway has since reopened.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators were called to the scene.
