City of Windsor officials say a section of Wyandotte Street West will remain closed as a precaution against fallen debris from the Ambassador Bridge.

The area of Wyandotte between Huron Church Road and Indian Road will stay closed for the rest of this week.

The street was closed on Friday because of the bridge debris.

The city is meeting with Ambassador Bridge representatives this week to determine next steps prior to reopening the area.
