A minor fire at an east Windsor retirement home forced some residents from their units Wednesday night.
Around 10 p.m. a fire broke out in a second floor unit of the Amica at Windsor retirement community.
Fire officials say the sprinkler system was activated the blaze was brought under control.
Several residents were forced from their units while crews worked to clear out the smoke and clean up the water from the sprinklers.
No one was hurt and an investigator was expected to attend the scene.
