Authorities in the United States are offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a 32-year-old Lakeshore man.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is adding Khaophone Sychantha to its Top 10 Most Wanted List.

Authorities say Sychantha, who is also known as Kao, was charged in a four county federal indictment with distribution of a controlled substance following an investigation.

According to public records, he is said to be a duel citizen of Canada and Laos and a suspected ring leader of a drug-smuggling organization supplying drugs to many states, including Michigan.

His last known residence was Lakeshore, but he's been known to maintain residences in Windsor, LaSalle and Toronto.
