Windsor police are investigating a four-vehicle crash on Ouellette Avenue.
It happened at the base of the overpass near Tecumseh Road East around 11:07 a.m.
The collision involved three sedans and a minivan.
Northbound traffic was backed up.
Paramedics examined two children from a minivan on the scene.
