Windsor police and fire are investigating a fire at a vacant house early Saturday morning.
Emergency crews were called to 277 Erie St. W. just before 3:30am.
Crews arrived to find heavy smoke and fire showing from the two storey home.
The fire was declared out just before 5 a.m.
The neighbouring home was damaged as well.
There were no injuries.
Damage is pegged at $150,000.
A neighbouring home suffered $50,000 in damage as well.
