Windsor firefighters were kept busy early Friday morning battling three separate structure fires.
Two of the fires appeared to have started in basements.
Around 3 a.m. crews were called to a working fire at 1067 Pelissier St. The fire affected multiple floors but was quickly brought under control.
Windsor police say they have been working with Windsor fire and have determined the fire was intentionally set. Damage is estimated at $50,000.
Windsor fire tweeted out that the fire appeared to start in the basement and may have been complicated by apparent hoarding. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Not long after crews were called to 1566 Dougall Ave. for a structure fire also located in a basement. The fire was put out and is now under investigation.
Residents were displaced in a third fire on Sagebrush Court in South Windsor last night.
