A 27-year-old Windsor man has been arrested based on an outstanding warrant issued by Toronto police.
Windsor police say it is related to nine other arrests as part of a massive drugs and guns bust dubbed Project Traveller.
Officers on patrol saw the man in the 300 block of Ouellette Avenue around 1:20 a.m. on Saturday. Police ran a computer check on the man and discovered the outstanding warrant.
He was placed under arrest without incident and sent to Toronto, where he is expected to appear in court.
Names and specific charges in relation to Project Traveller have not yet been released by Toronto Police, but are expected in the near future.
