Windsor fire crews put out a blaze at a vacant house on Wellington Avenue.

Firefighters were called to the fire at 819 Wellington Wednesday morning.

Even after the fire was declared under control by officials, smoke continued to pouring out of the building.

The fire was extinguished and an investigator is attending the scene.

This is the second fire at the house in seven months. In June, a fire caused $100,000 damage to same building.
