A tentative agreement has been reached for more than 300 workers at CS Wind.

The Windsor company builds towers for wind turbines.

The company's director of corporate affairs says it's the first contract for employees in 22 classifications at the plant.

Jeff Heath says the three-year tentative deal was reached early Monday morning after the company received notice of union certification in June.

A ratification vote is planned for Saturday afternoon.

Details of a location and exact time for that vote are still being worked out.
