A Windsor wind tower company received 10 orders from the Ministry of Labour after a worker was injured on Tuesday.
A 47-year-old man was sent to hospital with broken bones in his feet, say Windsor police. The worker was pulled into a steel bending machine, according to ministry spokesperson Bruce Skeaff.

• A Pre-start engineering report.
• Training records for the injured worker.
• The development of procedures where a worker is in close proximity to the machine.
• Training for workers regarding the new procedure above.
• That controls are locked out while working in machine.
Non-related orders:
• Three orders requiring guardrails around the pits and machines.
• Two orders to provide proper walking platforms on two bending machines.
