Firefighters from two departments battled a blaze for several hours Sunday near Thamesville.
The fire was at a vacant building on Zone Road 1.
A fire official said both Thamesville and Bothwell firefighters responded to the call, which came in shortly after midnight.
The building was engulfed when they arrived and crews took a defensive attack. Bothwell firefighters assisted with water supply.
The building has been unoccupied for some time.
The cause of the fire is unknown due to the extent of the damage.
