Windsor police say a 78-year-old man has been charged after a collision on the EC Row Expressway and Banwell Road.
The crash took place around 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
The westbound lanes of EC Row were shut down and the eastbound lanes were backed up.
The man was charged with careless driving.
