Windsor police have laid charges after they allege a woman had a second driver's licence using the identity of a four-year-old girl who died 40 years ago.
It's alleged the woman had the licence in addition to one under her real name, and had been using the bogus ID since 1997.
Forty-one-year-old Kornelia Kurti of Windsor faces 13 counts including procuring passport by false statement, possessing an identity document of another and uttering a forged document.
