Windsor police are investigating after shots rang out shortly after 2 p.m. on Monday at a residence in the 1000 block of Drouillard Road.
A witness tells CTV's Rich Garton four shots were fired in total and a gunman climbed out a window and ran north from the scene toward the river.
Windsor police confirm shots were fired from inside the home and say bullet casings and live ammunition were recovered and bullet holes were also found.
There are no reports of injuries and no suspect has been identified.
Residents who live and work in the area say crime is an ongoing problem.
The investigation continues.
