Windsor Police say the body recovered from the Detroit River on Wednesday has been positively identified as missing 19-year-old Victoria Strehlau.
A postmortem examination has determined that there is no foul play involved, police say.
Strehlau, a University of Windsor student, has been missing since Oct. 14.
