Officers on routine patrol saw the suspect in a vehicle near Hall Avenue and Giles Blvd at 10:45 a.m. Friday. Officers stopped the vehicle and arrested him without incident.
Jamie Loiselle, of Windsor, is charged with break and enter, robbery, assault with a weapon and aggravated assault. Police say he is known to the victim of the home invasion.
The incident occurred at a home in the 100 block of Janette Avenue around 11:15 p.m. on Feb. 28.
Police say three men kicked in the front door of the house and hit a male resident with a baseball bat several times. Two females were in the home at the time of the assault. The police were called, but the suspects left in a vehicle before they got there.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and nothing was taken from the home.
Police are still looking for two suspects.
