Closing arguments are complete in the disciplinary hearing of a Windsor police constable.
Const. Dorothy Nesbeth is charged with deceit and discreditable conduct.
In July 2010 officers with the Canada Border Services Agency alleged the accused failed to declare more than 100 cans of beer, wine and two bottles of rum.
Nesbeth has been suspended with pay for the last three years.
A decision on the charges is expected sometime before Oct. 17th.
