It's a deal for members of CUPE Local 1001 and the University of Windsor.
The two sides have ratified a three year collective deal.
It includes improved benefits, job security and a one per cent wage increase for each year of the contract.
CUPE 1001 represents more than 300 full-time and part-time groundskeepers, maintenance and food service workers at the university.
Cupe 1393, which represents skilled trades and professional staff at the university, continues to strike.
