WINDSOR, ONT. -- Chatham-Kent plans to start 311 customer phone service as of Wednesday.
Much like Windsor’s 311 service, residents can dial the three digits to access information about municipal programs and services or to request a service.
The new phone number is part of a plan to expand customer service options to include online, e-mail, web chat and social media platforms.
