After being ordered closed due to a cockroach infestation, a downtown Windsor restaurant in re-opening.
The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit shut down Chanoso’s and South Detriot, which share a kitchen, on September 18.
The Health Inspection Department has rescinded the closure of the establishment.
The building is located at 255 Ouellette Avenue.
