A 56-year-old Belle River man is still in critical condition with a skull fracture after his motorcycle collided with a minivan in Walkerville.
Windsor police are continuing with an investigation into the crash that took place at Chilver Road and Richmond Street around 1 p.m. Thursday.
The man underwent emergency surgery for a skull fracture after the crash. He remains in the Intensive Care Unit and is still considered to be in critical condition.
The driver of the van and her nine-month-old infant were also transported to hospital as a precaution for observations.
Police say charges are pending.
