Windsor Fire Officials say a structure fire at a boarded up apartment building was caused by an incendiary and vandalism.
Fire crews responded to a report of a structure fire at 983-999 Pierre Street early Tuesday morning.
The fire was brought under control quickly and no injuries have been reported.
Total damage in the fire is set at $10,000.
