A 34-year-old woman has been charged after a fatal motorcycle collision in Walkerville in June.
Windsor police say the woman was driving a minivan that struck Belle River motorcyclist Jim Gammon at Chilver Road and Richmond Street on June 4.
She has been charged with failing to stop at a stop sign.
The woman and her nine-month-old baby were sent to hospital as a precaution.
Police say Gammon had emergency surgery for a skull fracture after the crash. He was in the Intensive Care Unit in critical condition, but died a few weeks later.
The Gammon family has hired a lawyer to investigate the circumstances surrounding this crash.
