A Windsor basement fire that triggered an explosion has been deemed intentionally set.
Windsor fire crews were called to 775 University Ave. E around midnight Friday morning.
An investigator from the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal arrived on Friday afternoon. The investigation is now complete. Officials say a one-pound propane cylinder in the vicinity exploded.
Damage is estimated at $150,000.
Fire spokesperson John Lee says there were no injuries.
