No doubt the kitchen at the Ciociaro Club will be busy as chiefs will cook one metric ton of New Brunswick lobster, and 350 lbs of roasted chicken.
Local Rotarians say the doors to the 30th annual Loberstfest open Friday at 6:00 p.m. and dinner is served from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00.
It’s expected more than one-thousand patrons will dine on all-you-can-eat lobster, roasted chicken, penne and salad.
Music and dancing follows supper.
Proceeds from the event support local Rotary Club initiatives and international projects.
