Polar Plunge for a good cause

Students and dignitaries plunged into a frigid a swimming pool for a good cause.

It was part of the Polar Plunge at St. Clair College to raise funds and awareness for the Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics.

Windsor police Chief Al Frederick braved the chilly water, along with students and staff.

The group hopes to raise $15,000 for Special Olympics. There’s another plunge on Saturday.
