Provincial police are looking for a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, who is known to frequent Windsor and Essex County.
Richard Matthews,56, is wanted as a result of his breach of parole, say police.
Matthews is described as a white male, 5’9”, 160lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair.
He is serving a four year and 11 month sentence for theft and failing to comply with probation order.
