Windsor police are investigating an alleged sexual assault and indecent act at Willistead Park.
The investigation began on Friday. Police say at approximately 8 a.m., a 16-year-old female was walking through the pathway at Willistead Park when she noticed an unknown male riding a bike.
As the male got closer she got out of his way. Police say she said that the male then touched her inappropriately from behind.
When she turned around she allegedly observed the male performing an indecent act.
The female then ran from the area and reported the incident.
The suspect is described as a white man, 25 to 30 years old, 5'11. He was last seen wearing dark coloured hoodie with white writing on the front, baseball hat, light coloured baggy jeans, big skate boarder style shoes. He was riding a small blue and black BMX style bike.
