Investigators are expected to look over a home at 575 Caron Avenue after crews responded to a fire call around 2 a.m. Wednesday.

Damage is estimated at $150,000.

Meanwhile, classes are expected to resume as usual at Century High School after firefighters extinguished a small blaze in the back of the school around 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Officials say sawdust inside a metal collector caught fire.

Chief fire prevention officer, Lee Tome, says the cause doesn’t appear to be suspicious and the damage is said to be minimal.
