Windsor’s newest festival will replace Balloonapalooza.
Fiesta Latina will feature Latin American music, dance and culture, including a number of youth activities. There will also be Zumba workouts that people can take part in.
The festival will run from Aug. 14-16 downtown Windsor.
This does mean that Balloonapalooza will not go ahead this year.
Balloonapalooza cost the downtown BIA about $98,000 to run, while projected costs for Fiesta Latina is $50,000.
