Beach Grove Golf and Country Club and Unifor Local 240 have reached a tentative deal.
Local Unifor president Teresa Farao says the two sides struggled to compromise on wages, job security and benefits were main concerns for employees.
The deal was reached around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Unifor Local 240 represents 24 full-time and 80 part-time employees at the golf club.
Employees will vote on the tentative agreement Wednesday morning at union hall.
