Windsor airport workers represented by the Public Service Alliance have voted in favour of a five-year deal.

A majority of the 20 workers like the agreement which will give them a six per cent wage increase over the life of the contract.

Members turned down a deal in June.

Union leaders say they were able to get slightly more money and also recognition their members were working more hours than what they were being paid.

The members, who are firefighters, maintenance workers and administrators, have been without a contract since June, 2012.
