The Welcome Centre Shelter for Women has set a fundraising goal of $1.5 million for their latest campaign.
The Pink Door Campaign is raising money to expand their facility and build the first emergency housing spaces for families and women experiencing homelessness in Windsor-Essex.
Officials say donors can help to ensure that every woman and family has a safe place to sleep tonight with no exceptions.
